The Blue Jaguar - seeks vengeance against Dr. Lancaster Hill (Tiger-Man) for sins against his people. Na' Bantu, the witch doctor in the village in Zambia felt that Dr.Hill was responsible for the death of over 200 villagers by starvation. The witch doctor then sends the Blue Jaguar to New York to kill Dr. Hill.
